1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
To qualify for a return or replacement, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items – If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Unopened & Unused Products – Returns are accepted only if the product is sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

3. Return & Replacement Process

- Provide Photos – If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, attach clear photos showing the issue.
- Approval & Instructions – Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions.
- Return the Item – Securely pack the product and return it using a trackable shipping method.
- Processing & Resolution – Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a replacement or store credit (depending on product availability).
4. Refund & Replacement Options
- Product Replacement – A new unit of the same item will be sent if available.
- Store Credit – If the product is out of stock, store credit may be offered.
- No Cash Refunds – As per UAE retail standards, we do not offer monetary refunds unless required by law.
5. Special Cases
- Allergic Reactions – If you experience an allergic reaction, please provide medical proof or a dermatologist’s note for a possible exchange.
